Yomassage® (1:1 + Small Groups)
A blend of gentle massage, cozy restorative positions, sound healing, aromatherapy, and meditation — all designed to support your nervous system and offer a soft place to land.
It’s an experience of slowing down, being cared for, and reconnecting with your body in a way that feels grounding, comforting, and deeply human.

Meet Megan
Hey, I’m Megan—the heart behind Unify Health and Living. I’m a massage therapist, yoga instructor, past-time RN and lifelong student of integrative wellness. My work is all about connection—helping people feel more at home in their bodies, more grounded in their lives, and more supported in their health.
I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I bring together different tools, practices, and experts to create a space where people can find what truly works for them—whether that’s through hands-on bodywork, movement, mindfulness, or learning how to live more sustainably.
For me, this work is personal. I’m always learning, growing, and figuring out how to balance modern life with a more intentional, rooted way of living. And if that’s something you’re looking for too, you’re in the right place.
